Same day or next day
Ring in the morning and you're often sorted by the afternoon. If the glass has to be ordered, it's usually with us inside 48 hours.
We come to you
Your drive, your work car park, the side of the road. You don't need to drop the car anywhere or find a lift home.
Guaranteed for as long as you own it
Every windscreen we fit carries a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship. If it ever leaks or lifts, we come back.
You'll be talking to Mike, not a call centre
Ring a national chain and you get a booking system and a slot next week. Ring us and Mike picks up. He'll ask for your registration, tell you what glass you need and what it costs, and give you a time.
He'll also tell you straight if you don't need us. If a chip can be filled, he won't sell you a windscreen. If your insurer can get you in quicker, he'll say so.
He suggested we contact our insurance company first who may have been able to complete the job quicker... he wasn't gaining any work - he was genuinely helping.

Windscreen repair or a new windscreen?
If it's a chip out of the driver's eyeline, we can usually fill it in about twenty minutes, and it's often free on comprehensive insurance. If it's cracked out, we'll bring a new screen to you and fit it there.
We also do side and rear windows, and fix leaking screens.
Either way, we'll tell you straight which one you need. Text us a photo if you're not sure.
Why we won't fit a windscreen in the rain
A windscreen is bonded in with glue and primer, and they need dry glass to seal all the way round. Fit one in the wet and you get water in the car. Worse, the screen is part of what keeps the car's body rigid in a crash, so a bad seal makes the car weaker.
So if it's wet, we fit under the van awning. If it's too windy for that, we come back when it's calmer. We guarantee the work for as long as you own the car, so it has to be done right.
They were unable to do it due to adverse weather conditions but came back early the next morning and got the job done.
Claiming on insurance? We'll deal with them
If you're fully comprehensive, glass is normally covered. Show the fitter your insurance certificate on the day and we'll fill in the claim and speak to your insurer for you. You don't have to ring anyone.
- Chip repairs are often free, with no excess.
- Replacements are covered, but you pay your windscreen excess on the day.
- You don't have to use your insurer's fitter. Most policies let you choose.
- Third party only? You pay us direct. It's worth ringing us for a price first.
